A company’s register of members is the legal record of who holds its shares. It must show each member, the class and number of shares held, and the dates they became and ceased to be members.

A transfer is a voluntary sale or gift of shares. A transmission happens by operation of law, for example to an executor on death. YoBridge records them as distinct events.
