PAYE returns
Capture or import employee earnings, check readiness for every employee, and submit the PAYE return to ZIMRA TaRMS — with currency handling, a declaration and a full record of what was filed.
Zimbabwean employers must deduct PAYE from employees’ remuneration and submit a PAYE return to ZIMRA each month through TaRMS, together with employee earnings. Where employees are paid in both USD and ZWG, each currency must be declared correctly.
On TaRMS this means generating employee incomes, uploading or keying earnings, checking each employee’s calculation method and submitting the return — and if any step fails halfway, it is easy to lose track of what was actually filed.
YoBridge keeps one earnings record per employee per period. You can type earnings in, import a spreadsheet, seed them from remuneration settings, or have your payroll system send them through the API. Readiness checks flag employees with missing details before you prepare the return.
Every submission is tracked from start to finish, so if anything is interrupted YoBridge continues the same return rather than starting a new one — you never file twice.
