Most Zimbabwean companies face the same core set of deadlines. Put them in one place and missing one becomes much harder.

Compliance note
The dates below are the generally applicable deadlines for a company with a December year end. Where a deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, or your circumstances differ, confirm the exact date with ZIMRA, NSSA or the Companies Registry.
Sources: ZIMRA; NSSA; Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31].

Every month

  • By the 10th — NSSA P4 return and contributions for the previous month.
  • By the 10th — PAYE return and payment on TaRMS for the previous month.
  • By the 10th — withholding taxes deducted in the previous month, including WHT on tenders.
  • By the 25th — VAT return and payment for monthly filers (two-monthly filers after each two-month period).

Every quarter — provisional tax (QPDs)

  • 25 March — 10% of estimated annual tax.
  • 25 June — 25%.
  • 25 September — 30%.
  • 20 December — 35%.

Every year

  • 30 April — self-assessment income tax return for the previous year.
  • Incorporation anniversary — annual return to the Companies Registry.
  • Ongoing — keep your ZIMRA tax clearance (ITF263) and NSSA compliance certificate valid.

Let the calendar build itself

YoBridge generates these obligations for each company automatically and links them to the returns that satisfy them. When YoBridge files a return directly on NSSA or TaRMS — or you record an external filing with evidence — the item closes. Reminders go out by email, in-app notification and mobile push before anything falls overdue.
